drying my hair in it

the summer rain

pulling back the left sleeve of my shirt —
five minutes since last time
a night kitchen 
Patti, I LOVE the effect of the mutated repetitions here, the sense of time passing and the same things happening over and over but in a slightly different way each time — this captures a certain mood perfectly.
